What is Proromi?

You can read a historical description of the foundation in the March 2016 newsletter. You can download this under News, but it is in Dutch.

ProRomi is the Dutch "Mother" foundation of the ProRroma foundation in Romania. Both have their own board. ProRomi also had an active director, Sjaak Monster, until June 2016, when he resigned after many years of service.

From January 2018, the ProRomi NL board consists of Jeanet Hertsenberg, Eric Voogt and Louis Holtrust.  Jeanet was recently followed up by Kees Pijp.

The board of ProRroma RO currently consists of Sjaak Monster, Jan Willem Hogeweg and Nicu Gal. Bert Looij is the director.

Financial donations

ANBI Information

The ProRomi Foundation has been designated by the tax authorities as "Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling". This means that donations to ProRomi Nederland are deductible from taxable income in The Netherlands.  ANBInummer ProRomi Nederland: 8062.77.610
